Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.

- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately using our CRM software.
- Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
