- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with navigating web browsers.
- A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for hybrid/on-site roles).
