Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering a premium experience.

- Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex matters to supervisors.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify upselling opportunities while maintaining the customer's trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No previous customer service experience required; training is provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
