- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, effective resolutions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and share valuable feedback.
- Assist customers with product navigation, account inquiries, and billing questions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and politely.
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed of 35+ WPM is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
