Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-pressure situations.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
