Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for first-contact resolution and satisfaction
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating digital platforms
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to learning new technologies and processes
