Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
