Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time support via live chat for technical and non-technical inquiries

- Monitor chat queues during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with 95% response time adherence
- Proactively identify trends in customer issues to improve service protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience via digital channels
