Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure compliance.
- Educate customers on products and services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/on-site hybrid options).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
