- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet departmental goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
