- Complete all required training modules and certification exams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
