Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with account management and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM database after every interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to complete our comprehensive paid training program.
