Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and product knowledge.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience is a plus.
