Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Receive, screen, and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on the highest satisfaction levels.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve issues efficiently.
- CRM Management: Log all customer interactions and account details accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with the customer's needs.

Qualifications
