As a Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the voice and face of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information through live chat channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, account management, and product information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and helpful tone in every written correspondence.
- Collaborate with the support team and management to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; some college is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Willingness to complete the mandatory paid training program.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
