Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and service workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (required)
