- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail
- Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
