- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex cases effectively
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if field support required)
