Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for relevant service enhancements
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a major plus)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Available to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hours/week)
