Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

- Ability to work evenings/weekends (including holidays)
- Basic computer literacy with typing speed of 35+ WPM
