Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues using CRM tools while maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to leadership
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products/services
- Uphold company standards for data security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (including holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
