Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional, polite, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and offering effective solutions.
- Enter accurate customer data and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote options.
