Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Accurately document all interactions and customer account information into our CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Train and mentor junior representatives to maintain high service standards across the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
