Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote) or ability to commute to Raleigh.
