Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service workflows
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral English accent
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a major plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
