Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using empathy, problem-solving, and product expertise
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution times, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team setting
