Responsibilities

- Log interactions accurately in the CRM system, documenting issues and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/PST).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
