Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in compliance with regulations
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide exceptional service
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (remote experience a plus)
