Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
