Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process transactions and update CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Available for rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
