Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with NC state regulations
- Collaborate with local partners to resolve complex regional service challenges
- Participate in ongoing training on NC-specific market trends and products
- Contribute to team performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Type 45+ WPM with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Excellent communication skills with Southern US cultural awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proficient in Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
