Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple digital platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Adhere to SLA metrics with 95%+ customer satisfaction rate
- Document knowledge base articles for continuous improvement
- Participate in monthly training on new technologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proven proficiency in live chat tools (Zendesk, Intercom)
- Exceptional written communication with 45+ WPM typing
- Ability to multitask across 5+ simultaneous chats
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Available for 40-hour night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
