Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
- Process orders, changes, and returns using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide Paid Training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote/hybrid roles).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
