- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce support tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
