Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions with patience, empathy, and a focus on first-call resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account updates, and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based software applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable high-speed internet connection.
