Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must be comfortable using a headset and working in a quiet environment.
