Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve product and service issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products where applicable.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
