Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
