Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account information, and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
