Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 calls daily with 95% quality assurance score
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Upsell products/services based on customer needs analysis
- Maintain 30+ handle time while ensuring resolution satisfaction
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching and skills development sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed and 95% accuracy
- Quiet, dedicated home office with high-speed internet
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Background check and drug screen required
