Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a home office setting with reliable high-speed internet.
