Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing effective, empathetic solutions.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account activities in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while adhering to company scripts and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Must reside within the state of Ohio, United States.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
