Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products based on customer needs
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system and document all interactions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rate
- Identify process improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis
- Train new team members on product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with 20+ daily interactions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude with conflict resolution expertise
