Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
