Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including product recommendations and up-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments (1-2 years minimum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a strong plus.
