- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing to clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or upgrade services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team and management to improve service quality and operational processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
