Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide exceptional support regarding products, orders, and account management via phone and chat.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
