- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries using CRM systems

- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process optimization

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B customer service experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proficient in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with neutral accent
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
