Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service protocols.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and service plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (for remote options).
