Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the root cause of the problem, and troubleshooting.
- Process customer orders, applications, and requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for further action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
